Instructions for Use / Warnings
Mix one scoop (27 g) of Lean Protein with 200 ml of water or milk. Use two (2) to three (3) servings of Lean Protein per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
For best results, use an electric blender and once the product is mixed, consume it within 20 minutes. Maintain adequate hydration during and after training: drink a minimum of six (6) to eight (8) glasses of water per day.
