Instructions for use / Warning
Mix four scoops (120g) of Performance Gainer with 300ml of water or whole milk. For best results use an electric mixer and once mixed the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. You can substitute skimmed milk with whole milk for less fat and kilocalories. To gain weight faster, increase your kilocalorie intake by mixing your shake with ingredients such as ice cream, nuts, honey, fresh berries and bananas. Make sure you are adequately hydrated during and after training – a minimum of six to eight glasses of water per day. Weight gain plan: For weight gain programs of approximately one kilogram per week, try one (120g) or two (240g) shakes mixed as directed per day. Muscle building training program: Drink two shakes per day, one a few hours before your workout and one an hour after your workout. Do not exceed two shakes per day.
