Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cooling Gel is a gentle but effective product containing natural arnica from Scotland. Specially formulated, it combines the benefits of arnica with the refreshing sensation of natural grapefruit oil and menthol to refresh and soothe the skin.

How to use / Warning
Apply a generous amount with a gentle massage to the corresponding area. Reapply if necessary, at least twice a day.
