Instructions for Use / Warning
Take one (1) tablet daily, with or after food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product contains EGCG (epigallocatechin gallates). It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are already consumed on the same day. A daily amount of 800 mg or more of EGCG should not be consumed per day. It should not be taken on an empty stomach.
