This grade is classified as Monofloral by the New Zealand Government, meaning that the honey nectar is predominantly collected from the Manuka Bush itself. It also means that it contains higher levels of two natural markers, as well as higher levels of MGO. How to Use / Warnings
Store in a cool place away from sunlight. If the consistency of the honey is too hard, heat it to soften it. Once opened,
consume within the next 12 weeks. This product is not suitable for children under 12 months.
