Vegetarian Sausage Bake

A hearty vegetarian bake is the perfect family dinner, packed with plants and great for gut health, this is one everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 jar of H&B 8 plant point sauce
- 1 handful of young spinach leaves
- 1 can H&B cannellini beans
- 2 teaspoons H&B Must-not
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parmesan, grated
- 1 package of vegetarian sausages
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Add the oil to a frying pan over medium heat and when hot, add the sausages. Cook according to package instructions.
- Remove the sausages and dry with a kitchen towel. Place the pan back on the heat.
- Add the sausages back to the pan with the beans, wort and 8-point plant sauce.
- Bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Pour the contents of the pan into a saucepan.
- Mix breadcrumbs, garlic and parmesan. Sprinkle evenly over sausage mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the crumb is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
- Serve and enjoy!
