The supplement Holland & Barrett's Evening Primrose Oil and Borage Oil has been created to nourish your body with two fatty acids that it cannot produce on its own: Linolenic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). These evening primrose oil supplements also contain vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of normal hormonal activity.
Human breast milk is one of the richest natural sources of GLA, while LA can be found in safflower, hemp and sunflower oils.
All the benefits of evening primrose and starflower oil are based on the fatty acids they contain: GLA and LA, both made from the seeds of each plant.
How to Use / Warning
Take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
