Solgar® Omega-3 Double Concentration Softgels is a high concentration of natural omega 3 fatty acids; which helps heart health.
Good fats, also known as omega-3 fatty acids, are essential fatty acids. They are called essential because the body is not capable of producing them on its own. Omega-3 Double Concentration contains the most important types of omega 3, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). They are commonly found in oily fish such as sardines, mackerel and salmon. Both EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function.
