Returns and Exchanges

We're confident you'll love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied for any reason, return the items within 14 days of placing your order and we'll exchange or refund them.

You can send us your unwanted items using the return label provided with your delivery note. Please make sure to also include your delivery note in the package. So that we can process your refund as quickly as possible, download and complete the return form.

Please note that Futorvit S.L is not responsible for the costs of returning packages to our warehouse. Futorvit S.L will also not be responsible for any costs arising from the loss of returned packages. We recommend returning packages to our warehouse via a tracked courier service.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date; we will not be liable for any loss if you fail to do so.

We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, should you receive a damaged item, simply return it to us and we'll be happy to refund or replace it. Returns can be made using the return label with your documentation.

We reserve the right to request the return of faulty products with the shipment number on the outside of your package, by certified delivery to the address indicated below, and the products will be inspected. If the defect is confirmed, a full refund will be granted for the returned products.

We will not be responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of returned products. We recommend using a certified delivery service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for products that do not return to our warehouse.
