Solgar® Omega 3-6-9 is an excellent combination of omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 fatty acids. These fatty acids are obtained from three premium quality oils: fish, flax and borage.

Omega 3-6-9 from Solgar® provides omega 3 fatty acids EPA, DHA, and alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that must be ingested with the diet because the body cannot synthesize it. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function and DHA helps brain function and maintain vision. They are commonly found in oily fish, such as sardines, mackerel and salmon.

Instructions for use / Warning
For adults, take three (3) softgels daily, preferably with meals. The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.
