How to use / Warning
Start by adding three (3) rounded tablespoons (150 g) to 375-450 ml of cold water or whole milk, and then move to six (6) rounded tablespoons (300 g) with 750-900 ml of water/milk (divided between two [2] shakes) after a week. Take one (1) to two (2) times a day, as a post-workout drink and/or as a snack between meals.
The ingredients used to formulate this product are substances not prohibited in sports. Professional athletes should consult the USN website for more information on banned substances in sport.
