Up to 8 different related compounds are actually grouped under the name vitamin E. Of all of them, d-alpha-tocopherol, the naturally occurring vitamin E, is the one with the greatest activity. Therefore, it is important to look for products that provide vitamin E in the form of d-alpha-tocopherol.

Vitamin E is an important nutrient for all the structures of the body (eyes, reproductive system, heart, brain, skin...) since it acts by neutralizing free radicals, both those that our own body generates during metabolism, and those present in the body. environment due to cigarette smoke, air pollution... thus protecting our cells from oxidative damage.
