Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein Strawberry flavor - 924 g

• 24g of pure micellar casein protein with only 0.5g of fat and no sugar.
• Slow-digesting protein powder.
• Supports muscle growth and maintenance.

Sometimes slower is better, especially when it comes to protein digestion rate. While rapid protein absorption is desirable immediately before or after exercise, delayed release is probably more beneficial during the rest of the day and especially late at night.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein Powder is the industry's first fully micellar casein and provides 24g of slower-digesting casein protein to support muscle growth. Casein is best enjoyed in the evening - simply add a tablespoon to water, milk or your favorite beverage.

How to use / Warning
