3 steps to prepare your perfect smoothie:
Step 1. Add 500 ml of cold water to your shaker
Step 2. Add 2 level tablespoons (2 x 50 g) of powder
Step 3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and then enjoy
To make it your own, try adding ice cubes or using more or less water to achieve the perfect thickness, or try using milk instead of water for a creamier end result.
