Holland & Barrett Sea Buckthorn Oil Blend Omega 7 Capsules contain oil extracted from sea buckthorn.
Relatively few plant species are good sources of essential fatty acids, but this oil provides omega 7 polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as omega 3 (alpha linolenic acid), omega 6 (linoleic acid) and omega 9 (oleic acid).
How to Use / Warning
